You can cancel or reschedule a job from the 'My Booking’ screen of our app. We advise you to do so at least 5 hours before the original scheduled time.

At ESNTLS we follow a liberal cancellation policy and no cancellation fees is charged for services cancelled before 3 hours of the scheduled time. Once the work has already been started it cannot be cancelled.
